Internet trouble?

 

 

If you experience trouble with your internet connection, please follow these steps.

  1. DO NOT PUSH THE RESET BUTTON, as this will remove the programming from the modem.
  2. Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
  3. Remove power from the modem for 2 minutes.
  4. Return power to modem and wait for the modem to re-sync.  Restart your device or computer.
  5. If you are still experiencing trouble please call (518) 887-2121.

Fiber Internet trouble?

  1. DO NOT UNPLUG YOUR FIBER INTERNET MODEM, as this will remove some history that may be used for troubleshooting.
  2. Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
