If you experience trouble with your internet connection, please follow these steps.
- DO NOT PUSH RESET BUTTON. As this will remove the programming from the modem.
- Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
- Remove power from modem for 2 minutes.
- Return power to modem and wait for modem to re-sync. You may have to also restart your PC.
