Internet trouble?
If you experience trouble with your internet connection, please follow these steps.
- DO NOT PUSH THE RESET BUTTON, as this will remove the programming from the modem.
- Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
- Remove power from the modem for 2 minutes.
- Return power to modem and wait for the modem to re-sync. Restart your device or computer.
- If you are still experiencing trouble please call (518) 887-2121.
- DO NOT UNPLUG YOUR FIBER INTERNET MODEM, as this will remove some history that may be used for troubleshooting.
- Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
