Modem Troubleshooting



If you experience trouble with your internet connection, please follow these steps;

  1. DO NOT PUSH RESET BUTTON. As this will remove the programming from the modem.
  2. Check to make sure that all cords are in the proper place and pushed all the way in.
  3. Remove power from modem for 2 minutes. Return power to modem and wait for modem to re-sync. You may have to also restart your PC.
